This business didn't start with a big plan or an industry background. It started with an idea, and a husband who said go for it. What began as a horse trailer and a whole lot of figuring out has grown into something I genuinely love. Everything I know, I learned by doing — how to run an event well, and what it actually takes to make people feel taken care of.
I'm a wife and mom first, and that shapes everything. I notice the details others overlook, and I think through your event like it's my own. The details, the experience, and how you feel is the whole point. That’s the heart of Ole’ Swayback.

Rooted in coastal elegance, we use fresh-squeezed juices and housemade syrups, with a focus on quality you can taste. Every detail, from preparation to presentation, is thoughtfully executed as we continue to grow, refine, and serve our clients with intention year after year.
